TERMS OF ACCESS

Before accessing the Creativity, Culture and Education Forums ("Forum"), you must agree to the following terms:

1. The use of any Forum and any software, file, communication or other information - whether provided by Creativity, Culture and Education, another Forum participant, or you - (collectively "Content") on, or made available through, any Forum is at your own risk. Creativity, Culture and Education does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity, or quality of the Content. All information posted in any Forum is considered non-confidential and non-proprietary.

2. As a user of any Forum, you agree that Content on all Forums is the sole property of Creativity, Culture and Education, and can be reused by Creativity, Culture and Education for other non-commercial purposes including improving product documentation, creating examples, or use in other content areas without permission, royalties or other fees.

3. You will not use the names of other persons or companies in a false, misleading or defamatory way and you will not post any confidential information belonging to any company or person.

4. You agree to post content that does not contain abusive, offensive or otherwise inappropriate language.

5. You understand that Creativity, Culture and Education reserves the right to monitor all Forums, although it is under no legal obligation to do so. Any objectionable content may be removed or edited without notice at the sole discretion of Creativity, Culture and Education.

6. You have read and are familiar with Creativity, Culture and Education's Privacy Policy and are aware the email address you enter will be visible to other forum users.

7. You have read and agree to this disclaimer and the "Forum" guidelines listed below.

8. You will not use the Forum as a place to solicit others for business or personal reasons. You may not advertise anything on the Forum.

9. You will post all answers directly in the applicable Forum where others can view the answers and benefit from them. Do not email answers directly to the question author.

10. If you breach any of these terms, your authorization to use the Forums automatically terminates.

Forum usage guidelines:

• Be courteous
• Do not use abusive, threatening or offensive language
• Treat everyone with respect
• Keep posts related to the subject being discussed
• Do not advertise goods and services
• Post all answers directly in the Forum where others can view the answers and benefit from them rather than email answers directly
