Professional Learning
Professional learning is reflective activity designed to improve an individual’s attributes, knowledge, understanding and skills. It supports individual needs and improves professional practice. It includes induction, training or continuing professional development (CPD).
Creative Partnerships area delivery organisations offer a wide range of professional learning programmes for school staff and creative professionals. In addition, we work in partnership with other organisations and strategic bodies to lead a number of national programmes (see below).

Teaching Outside the Classroom
Teaching Outside the Classroom supports Initial Teacher Training (ITT) providers and settings other than schools, from museums and galleries to theatres, sports and outdoor education centres to develop high quality placements for trainee teachers.
REFLECT co-mentoring
REFLECT is a model of cross-sector co-mentoring for individuals from the wider education sector, creative and cultural organisations and creative businesses and was developed in partnership with The Sage Gateshead.
RSC Learning and Performance Network
The Royal Shakespeare Company (RSC) Learning and Performance Network (LPN) is a unique opportunity for primary and secondary schools to work with one of the world's best known theatre ensembles. The LPN is funded through the support of Creative Partnerships and HEFCE.
