The REFLECT National co-mentoring programme pilot was completed in July 2008. Creative Partnerships continues to work with The Sage Gateshead to plan the development of the REFLECT Co-mentoring Lab, offering advocacy and support for this cross sector co-mentoring framework in association with the Cultural Leadership Programme.
The co-mentoring framework, full evaluation, executive summary and recommendations for future development and transferability of the model are available at www.reflectco-mentoring.com.
